On April 20, the Authority Consumer & Market (“ACM”) announced to launch an investigation into a possible cartel in the road furniture sector.[1] To this end, the ACM conducted a raid earlier this month. The ACM suspects that a number of companies had prior contact about the price they would charge in government tenders for road furniture.
